Ilana Sparrow

Ilana has worked as an independent film producer and a marketing and communications executive with such diverse companies as HBO, Universal Pictures and PETA. She has also worked as a freelance writer and editor. A graduate of New York University, she majored in History and French (with a focus on French medieval history), with a minor in creative writing. She later returned for her MBA at NYU’s Stern School of Business. While at Stern, she co-authored a published statistics paper on predicting box office grosses, hands down her most random publishing credit.

 

Ilana is an avid animal advocate, classical dressage rider, reiki master, and world traveler. She lives in Los Angeles with her two-legged and four-legged family. When she's not writing, she works as a holistic healer on humans and animals.
